The whole process from ordering to delivery was seamless. The arrangement was done very tastefully and my recipient was very happy and touched by the beautiful colors. The wooden box was a great option. Thanks Alice's Flower Shop.

Beautiful arrangements and excellent customer service! I live out of state now and wanted to send flowers to my sister who had been in the hospital. I was unsure of who to use but I’m so glad I chose Alice’s Flower Shop. Shortly after I had placed my order I found out that the situation had changed and my sister was no longer at the delivery location. I was a little panicked but the staff was very understanding and kind enough to accommodate. They were able to still get the arrangement to my sister even though the new address was outside their normal delivery area. They arrived without any problems, and they notified me of the delivery. Best part was the arrangement was beautiful and my sister loved them. I’m very grateful and will use them again. Highly recommend!
